Hello! I am trying to lose about 10-15 pounds and I started taking Powerslim about 4 days ago. Assuming that I would achieve the results I am aiming for, how long should I continue taking it? Is this supposed to be used as an ongoing “help” or is it supposed to be occasional? Thank you. |

Thank you for your posting! How exciting that you've started taking POWERSLIM, I think you'll be very happy with it. Here are a few tips, and answers to your questions.
-For the first 7-10 days you take POWERSLIM, make sure you take it regularly and consistently. Because it's a natural plant some people's bodies require a "loading period" which is a period of time it takes for the product to build up in your system and then begin working. From what we've seen, about 35% of our customers experience this loading period. So if you haven't felt anything after a few days or even a week, stick with it, because I've talked to other customers who feel it literally "kick-in" after day 9 or 10.
-Make sure you eat something small in the morning within about 30 minutes of getting up. This starts your metabolism running for the day, taking you out of "sleep mode," and will help your weight loss no matter what program you use. In the morning, I usually eat a piece of whole wheat toast and yogurt. Or, one egg and whole wheat toast, or cereal, or oatmeal is great!
-POWERSLIM is a natural way of losing weight because it suppresses your appetite, which means that you reduce your caloric intake, and your body is able to naturally burn off existing fat. The fact of the matter is that the average American eats over double the amount of calories, per day, than is necessary or healthy. Therefore, by simply lowering your daily intake by 20% or more, that is a drastic reduction that will allow your body's natural metabolism to kick in.
-POWERSLIM gives you the power to say no to those extra cravings that you have during the day. For me, it's around 3:30 or 4pm, I'm at my desk and I feel hungry and snack on things. To avert this, I would take Hoodia about an hour before times when you know you will feel hungry.
-Once you have the hang of things, and you start dropping those lbs, then you can start to play around with taking it sporadically or only when you need it. POWERSLIM is a tool that helps you take the edge off those cravings and naturally allow your body to burn off it's existing fat. If you feel that you're starting to eat more again, which may bring back added weight then you can try taking it again. It really will be up to you and your own body.
The main thing is to take it consistently and repeatedly over the first 7-10 days you are on the product. I have spoken to other customers who say, "well, it was working for the first two weeks and then it stopped working..." I ask them how often they have been taking the product and they say, "Well, for the first two weeks I took it every day and I felt it working, but recently I've only been taking one a day..." My answer in that case is that, you need to take the product for it to work. Some people are so excited at feeling it working and seeing those first few pounds come off that they stop using it, and wonder why it's not working.
