Hi,
I am thinking of using Hoodia, I weigh 165lbs (I am 5'5) and I want to lose about 20-25 lbs. I eat relatively healthy but I eat often and large portions. So, I think Hoodia would be the solution for me. However, in my search on the internet I saw companies offering different dosages of Hoodia, and I tried to look at only those companies that seemed to be certified.
Hoodia powerslim contains 400mg. Does a higher dosage gives better results? Some products have 750, 800 or even 1000 mg (see e.g. Phenenternin).
What is the difference between your product and HoodiaMax?

Is it real Hoodia? The company use magnesium as well..

So I am wanting to lose the last 10-15lbs from having a little girl. I ran across

Applied Nutrition 10-Day Hoodia Diet and am wondering how long it takes to "kick in". I started taking it today and I can tell that it has caffeine in it but I have not noticed it suppressing my hunger. Does it take a few days for it to kick in? I have read many reviews on this brand and have found people that have had great success. Any help would be great.

I just received my order for two bottles yesterday and I am so excited. I have been doing weight watchers for the past several months and have lost 13 pounds so far. Now that I understand portion control and the right foods to eat.Im going to add this in to see if I can really push towards my goal. I have 30 more pounds to go until 155 and I'm excited that this will help me get there along with my weight watcher plan.

I have been reading the other messages and it seems like this is a awesome company. This is my fifth day taking PowerSlim. I have been taking two tablets everyday apart from two days. What is the minimum dosage a day? (I'm 5'4 and weigh 126 pounds.) I haven't felt it working yet I'm hoping it's still on the loading time, and will work after that.

Unfortunately everytime I take a PowerSlim tablet, I gag and feel like I'm going to be sick. Usually with tablets that are like plasticy I'm fine taking them as they slip down easily..but with PowerSlim I can taste the tablet and I don't like it, so I think that's what is making me feel bad. Does anyone else experience this? Also I'm left with a horrible taste in my mouth which I try to get rid of because it also makes me feel sick. Do that mean the product disagrees with me?

I have been on your website before and posted a question about a different product. Fake of Real? I went through that bottle and it kind of worked for the first few days and then my hunger started again. So I'm trying your powerslim this time. I plan on going to Vegas in 5 weeks..... I did alot of research on line and found yours and a few other with "no other ingredients". I looked at the best selling Hoodia products and their effectiveness. They claim that DesertBurn is the most effective but I looked at their site and they have a lot of added indredients. So wish me luck and I will check in soon.

I am trying to lose about 10-15 pounds and I started taking Powerslim about 4 days ago. Assuming that I would achieve the results I am aiming for, how long should I continue taking it? Is this supposed to be used as an ongoing help or is it supposed to be occasional?

Hi Everyone,

Thought I'd drop a few lines of encouragement. I'm still on track and to date I've lost a total of 28lbs. HoodiaPOWERSLIM is a great part of my success. Without HoodiaPOWERSLIM I would never have been able to control my hunger pains and would have given into the normal cravings.

I now eat a controlled amount of select food items and have completely eliminated all snacking - That I contribute directly to HoodiaPOWERSLIM. With the 'edge-feeling' of starvation completely out of my vocabulary, I can focus on following a healthy caloric reduction food plan.

Back and better than ever!

Hey all!

     Sry I was AWOL for a few months. I got sick and was deep in the 'oh, woe is me'. So, of course, I started eating. I blew up to 240! I thought 220 was bad, but man, I have new streach marks. That sucks.

     Anyways, I started keeping a diary of EVERYTHING that I put into my body; Including daily weigh-in's in the morning and every pill I take. The Hoodia Powerslim was working great....until I ran out of it.

    I am still working on it though. Trying to find the cause of my overeating and how to break the cycle. I am now writing to you at 225 lbs. 15 pounds lighter! I can fit back into my pants without the front zipper going across my stomach that makes my fat on eaither end blob around and look like I have a hined end on the front too. (My thearpist loved that one)

     For once in my life, I have the knowledge, the rescources and the drive all aligned for the same goal. I know that I could not have gotten this far without the encouragement of the staff and owners (Those guys are hot!! I am supurised they talked to me!) and their grace of generosity within the trials. I just wanted to thank you, all of you, you pointing me in the right direction and beliving in me when I didn't believe in myself.

Once again - Back on Track

My last posting was that I received my hoodia order and was back on track..
This posting is to update you on being back on Track.

After the 2 1/2 week break from HoodiaPOWERSLIM I reported the first day feeling a difference. I'd like to clarify. I believe that was a mental high - almost making myself 'feel' a difference. In reality - it has taken a little more than 2 1/2 weeks for me to notice and really feel the difference and be able to control my hunger pains.

I had to up my dosage to almost 5 pills a day, whereas when I first started taking HoodiaPOWERSLIM I had only been taking 2 - at the most 3 pills a day.
Now I'm on my 3rd week back on and can finally control my hunger w/ only 3 pills a day.

I really tried to not get discouraged in my never ending battle to loose weight. And wanted nothing more than for HoodiaPOWERSLIM to work as it had previously. A good note is, I didn't gain any weight back during my break or while I've struggled controlling the hunger again.

Now that HoodiaPOWERSLIM is working as it did the first time around, my hope is renewed and I believe again.

My advice - DO NOT RUN OUT OF your HoodiaPowerslim or at least not for an extended time.

I'll post as my weight drops. To date - 13lbs w/ no special diet other than HoodiaPOWERSLIM helping me control the quantity of my intake.
